I recently had knee surgery and bike riding is one of the best activities for me. I also love getting out and riding since I can't walk for long distances anymore. This bike seat is very comfortable and allows me to do just that! I can feel the "pillowy" effect providing cushion and some springiness when I hit bumps. I stay put on the seat, no sliding around or feeling like I'm going to fall off. The longer I rode, the more intense the pressure would become on my perineum, sometimes completely disabling me from riding again for days at a time.
