I have tried at least a dozen bike seats over the past ten years. This is the best. I LOVE it. Usually when I ride bikes I start squirming after a few minutes. After the bike ride I am in pain. I've tried several different styles, shapes, materials and had almost given up hope that there was a bike seat for me.I am a middle-aged woman with a Downtube folding bike. I ride for recreation, I only ride in the summer (we have snow on the ground all winter) and do NOT want to be in pain while riding In fact, last summer I only went for a couple of bike rides because of my low tolerance for BEHIND PAIN. This seat is cushy, wide (to fit female "butt bones") and also has springs. I am in no pain while I ride. When I hit a bump, it doesn't hurt. We do a lot of off-road/dirt road riding.
